Which VAT rate applies?
Your VAT rate is based on the standard VAT rate applicable in the country you enter under your “delivery address”. See also the table below.
For orders shipped to one of the following countries, a 0% VAT rate will be applied (but only under the condition that you enter the VAT number of your company and during the validation of your VAT number we have determined that this is a valid VAT number in the country where you will have the order delivered): Belgium, Spain, Italy, Finland, Portugal, Sweden or France.
If your VAT number is found to be invalid or the VAT input field is left blank, we will apply the standard VAT rate of the country where you have your order delivered.
We will email you an invoice with the VAT rate and amount charged. You can also view this invoice under your Orders, when you click on My Account. You can use this invoice for reclaiming VAT and your tax records. The invoice shows the VAT number of Vistaprint B.V., the provider of this website.
VAT and prices
You can find the final prices on the payment page of Vistaprint’s website. There you will see the amounts including the VAT applicable to the respective products and destinations. VAT is applied to all orders sent to countries within the European Union, as well as Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom (after the Brexit). The following VAT rates are applied:
