Would you like to order products from us? Then you must first create an account. You can do this by filling out our form: click here for the form.
Once you have created an account, we will review your account request. Once we have approved your account request, you will receive an email confirmation. You will be able to log in with your user credentials. You can then use these credentials to log in to our login page, which can be can find here.
Cancel/Change
If you order a product from us, you will receive an order confirmation. Have you not yet received an order confirmation? Then you can always cancel or change the order by contacting our customer service. You can do this by here click here.
Did you receive an order confirmation? Then it is no longer possible to cancel or change the order. We would then advise you to refuse the order at the door or send it back to us. This can be done via the online return form, which you can here can be found here.
Complaint
Do you have a complaint? Are you not satisfied about something? You can always contact us via the complaints page which you can find here can be found here. Together we will always look for a solution!
Share accounts
It is strictly prohibited to share a created account on our platform with other parties who are not registered with us. Our systems are set up in such a way that our administrators in the IT department can easily see this. Do we see unnatural actions or login attempts within your account? If so, we will first keep you informed and have a conversation with you. Should we see that this occurs repeatedly, we will close your account immediately and legal action will be taken.
