Payment options

We are pleased to offer you a wide spectrum of payment options. We accept online payments via iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, AfterPay and Klarna. It is not possible to purchase from us on credit.

We also offer you the option of making cash payments at our visiting address and paying with various debit cards by pin. For cash payments we always put on the invoice that it is a cash payment. Cash payments over €10,000 are not accepted, nor are letters of €500 and €200.

Payment Security

Your payments are always made securely and safely. Once you enter our website, you are already in a secure environment with our SSL connection that ensures that your data is protected by encryption. In addition, all our internal and external activities and business processes are AVG compliant (read here more about the AVG legislation) and we always treat your data confidentially. You can always request your stored data from us.

Bank account

Our account number is always mentioned on the invoice. This is NL 85 RABO 0353 3089 00 to Dutch Mobile Parts B.V.

Billing

Our invoices always include the following items:

• Our full company details.
• Your full company information.
• Products Purchased.
• Total amount Including VAT.
• Total amount excluding VAT.
• VAT amount.
• VAT rate.
• Manner of payment.
• Date of purchase.

Invoice retrieval

Have you placed an order in the past and want to receive the invoice again? You can always review your order history in your account, by simply logging in and clicking on ‘order history’. Here you can also download your invoice. Is this not possible? Please contact our customer service by here clicking here.
